Should we register service based startup as company?

Just my opinion on this, it is better to start your idea / business as proprietorship or Partnership firm rather than a company such as opc, LLP and pvt ltd. Once you validate your business and begin to see traction then you can think of forming an entity. I’ve seen many early startup companies paying hefty fines due to n number of compliances required with MCA. If your investor or incubation requires it for specific reason then it’s fine. You can still avail startup benefits and can convert the firm into a company anytime.
